ABOUT BROADMOOR HUNTINGTON HARBOUR

Broadmoor Huntington Harbour is an affluent residential complex located off Pacific Coast Highway in the harbour area of Huntington Beach. This community, developed in the early 1970's, is comprised of 244 upscale two- and three-bedroom condominiums within the gated compound which abuts the harbor and 22 high-end single-family residences which line two of the harbor's channels. Broadmoor is located adjacent to Peters Landing Marina and shopping center, and is just 200 yards from the beach.

Within short walking distance there are restaurants, diners and bars offering up Chinese, Italian, Indian, seafood, and American cuisine and a variety of fast foods; the post office; pet grooming; dry-cleaning; florists; a farmers market; religious services; kayak and paddle-board rentals; and other local services. Our unique complex boasts an extended lagoon waterway crossed by four foot bridges, a connecting arch from the lagoon to the pool area, three tennis courts, a large community swimming pool and hot tub, expansive green belt areas, and a 24-hour manned entry gate.

The architecture of Broadmoor and its street names is drawn from small towns and regions in France (Grimaud in the Cote d'Azur region, Moritz nestled the Alps, Grenoble in the Rhone-Alps foothills, the wine region of Bordeaux, Tropez along the Mediterranean coastal area of southeastern France, and Germain --  Medieval Europe's center of intellectualism outside of Paris) and from famous persons in French history (Lazare -- Lazarus from the Gospel of John -- who's relics are buried in Marseilles, King Francois  -- who ruled France in the early 16th century, Anne -- Anna of Brittany who became queen of France, and Saint Martin --the 4th century Cathlolic Bishop of Tours).

This Orange County community is truly a highly desired living destination.
